检测原理

抓力测试被用来测量神经肌肉功能,主要测量前肢和四肢的最大肌力。小鼠在网格上施加的力度由连接在网格上的传感器来读数, Three trials are carried out in succession measuring forelimb-strength only, followed by three successive trials measuring the combined forelimb/hindlimb grip strength.前肢/后肢的抓力分别做三个连续平行试验测量。抓力实验用于比较野生型和转基因小鼠前肢和四肢肌力的差别,为不同表型的小鼠神经肌肉功能提供差异依据。
